In depth consultation & Port of Entry (POE) submission for any person entering Canada (visitor, student, worker, or permanent resident). We prepare a POE package that contains supporting documents and relevant info from IRCC & CBSA procedures showing that you meet all requirements to enter Canada (eligibility to travel, quarantine plan, post-arrival requirements, etc). We also provide you with a consultation to explain your legal rights that allow entry to Canada and prepare you for your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated or may incur a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.
